High-precision dosing units HP-GCD and HP-GID were rigorously evaluated for their performance in achieving precise dilution ratios during borate fusion processes. Experiments conducted on slag and cement samples using the automated HAG-HF fusion device revealed exceptional results, with relative standard deviations and percentage deviations from target dilutions below 0.011%. The study conclusively demonstrated the remarkable capability of these dosing units to ensure highly accurate and precise powder dosing across different sample properties.
