Monitoring of the automation performance

PM Analytics provides all necessary tools for visualizing and monitoring the system performance of the automation. Important key performance indicators are evaluated in real-time.

Monitoring of sample numbers

The software enables the automatic calculation of the number of samples processed by the system within a given period of time. A separate analysis for the different sample types used in the automation is possible. The graphical representation of the results is done by means of a bar chart.

Monitoring of the processing times

In addition, the sample preparation and analysis times are evaluated - also separately for each sample type. A statistical evaluation is performed by calculating the mean value and standard deviation. Individual values are represented by time series diagrams, average values by bar charts.

Dynamic sample throughput

The optional "Dynamic Sample Throughput" module is available for more precise monitoring of individual processing steps in automation. With the help of this module, specific sections in the automation can be defined, which are individually analyzed with regard to sample throughput and processing times. In this way, bottlenecks of the automation can be easily detected and processes of the entire system and individual sections can be optimized.
