All advantages at a glance
Designed for automatic and manual operation
The HR-HS/L is the pneumatic tube station for receiving and sending pneumatic tubes in the laboratory. The HR-HS/L can be used both as a manual station and as a fully automatic pneumatic tube station in a robot laboratory. When used in a robot laboratory, the HR-HS/L stations are set up in a semi-circle. The pneumatic tube carriers arriving from the plant are removed from the HR-HS/L by the robot and taken to the unpacking station to remove the sample from the carrier for further processing. The robot then automatically returns the carrier to the HR-HS/L to send it back to the plant.
The HR-HS/L can also be opened by the operator from the opposite side to remove the carrier manually. The optional cap pulling device attached to the machine frame (HR-HSK/L) is used to open the pneumatic carrier quickly and easily. In the same way, the HR-HS/L can also be used as a purely manual station without linking to a robot automation system. The HR-HS/L can easily be integrated into a robot automation system at a later date.
Flexible use
Pneumatic carriers can be used for steel, iron, slag, and powder materials. This makes it possible to prepare different sample types in one preparation circuit.
The HR-HSK/L is available in two versions for operation with a blower or with compressed air. In this way, the HR-HS/L can always be used according to the local conditions and performance requirements.
Safe operation
The HR-HSK/L is designed for particularly safe operation. In automatic mode, the manual input door is always locked. Special emphasis was placed on easy maintenance of the machine during design.
